Shipping was four weeks and one day to the US west coast. Box came undamaged and well packaged. The foam around the helmet in the box is also well packaged. The helmet’s mask can open with both the transforming folding style and regular full faceplate opening style. It can be operated 3 different ways: by voice commands, by touching the ear panels, and with the included remote. The metallic hydraulic sound effects are a little loud, but you can silence the sounds with the remote. It comes with two sets of detailed instructions for voice commands and remote control instructions. You will need x4 AA batteries and x2 AAA batteries. Highly recommend this helmet for collectors.

Really disappointed in shipping. Box arrived damaged and was shipped using only bubble wrap. Not enough protection for cross Atlantic shipping! Needs to be shipped in another box. Luckily the person I got it for didn’t mind the damage.

OMG!!! This is gonna be the best gift in the world!! First of all, it came faster than expected. The package was very well done, along with the fragile label. Now the mask… at first I got scared (silly me, didn’t realize that the batteries can’t come with it :)) ). Really please with the helmet. Works as expected and yes good quality batteries are required for the helmet function. Delivery was really quick and packaged extremely well. Now I need to get the speaker stand to really display this item well.

The painful shipping service, (sometimes it said that it was in Spain passing customs and then put it out of China…. Let’s go…. Painful. The helmet is super wide inside and although it can be adjusted to a more comfortable size for people with a smaller head diameter, I recommend putting a pair of pads to adjust it to yours. To make it look prettier, it should come with at least a small plastic tripod for support… otherwise a 10. 👌🏻 😎 . PS: If you are a Marvel fan, it’s perfect to decorate your shelf or display case. Can it be improved? Of course, but it would be adding more tickets 🤣 . It fulfills what it says, very happy.
