Hi, Im from Peru. I will share my experience with TS. I placed my order on September 20, and I mistakenly chose the 5-star sphere. I let them know and I asked you to send me the 4-star one. He very kindly responded as soon as possible and kindly accepted (attached photos). After that, he gave me my tracking number with which I could always see where my order was (I will attach photos of the logistics, where the dates come out). On October 5, a number called me in the afternoon, but I didnt answer. After a few hours, it appeared to me on the logistics page that there was a "failed delivery attempt", I assume that the one with the call was the delivery man. So I contacted MalAmericas telling them my problem, they answered me in less than 12 hours and said I would have 2 attempts at delivery. After that, they said they would send it to me within 72 hours, and they sent it on October 8, 2023 at 4:36 p.m.
